The Axis-Allied Re-enactment group will be on site over the weekend, helping to enhance the 1940s theme, allowing visitors to get up close to uniforms, clothing and kit of the period.

“Our members will be portraying Allied POW in Germany during WW2. We will have a range of displays such as woodworking, document forging, uniform repairs/sewing and escape items as well as other displays throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday. Be sure to come and visit to find out what life was like as a Prisoner of War in Europe and some of the cunning escapes plotted. We will also have a few members in WW1 uniform onsite around the camp during the day, giving you plenty to see and do!”
