Staying Covid Safe at Eden Camp

Welcome back to Eden Camp!

We are ecstatic to confirm we are reopening to visitors on Monday 6th July!

Over the past few weeks, Eden Camp has been working hard behind the scenes to ensure that we have a reopening plan in place to make you feel safe, welcome and excited to be back on site!
Check out this video to see the changes in place!

Planning Your Visit

Due to government guidelines, we are accepting pre-booked tickets only. It means we avoid overcrowding, and you don’t end up disappointed by having to turn you away at the gate. Just make sure to bring your digital ticket to show on entry!

  • Tickets are only valid for the day you have booked.

  • Tickets are non-refundable.

  • Tickets can be transferred to a different date in extreme circumstances. Please contact us directly for this.

  • Due to current circumstances, vouchers and discounts are not available unless they are pre-paid tickets form Minster FM or Yorkshire Coast Radio.

  • If you have already bought an undated ticket from our online shop, please contact us 48 hours before your visit so that we can monitor numbers.

  • Please note on the booking system, there is a £1.00 booking fee.

  • Please note we do not accept American Express.

We strongly advise that you pre-book as we cannot guarantee entry.
To view our ticket options, and for more info please visit our Ticket Page.

Key Changes

  • Please use contactless payment for onsite purchases as much as possible.

  • Wherever possible, please leave a parking space between you and the next car.

  • Hand sanitiser stations are dotted around our site for your use.

  • We are reinforcing our already existing one-way system around site, please ensure you adhere to this.

  • Our Café is open operating as a takeaway only – there is a limited menu due to reduced staffing levels. To see our current menu, please click here.

  • Our Gift Shop is open as normal but please adhere to social distancing.

  • The majority of our site will be open as usual but in order to ensure your safety, however we have had to minimise the high-contact aspects of our site. Interactive sections such as the rationing board have been taped off to remove any danger of cross contamination.

  • The Playgrounds are open but please take care to social distance.

  • Even with a number of restrictions in place, we still offer the fun and educational Eden Camp experience for all the family.

With your support and cooperation, we look forward to the opportunity of welcoming you back to the Eden Camp family, not only in July but for many years to come!
