Chariots - Human Torpedoes

On 6th September 1999 two unique exhibits will be arriving at Eden Camp Modern History Theme Museum.

The Chariots or Human Torpedoes as they were known will be arriving around mid-day in a joint venture between the Underwater Heritage Trust and ourselves.

We shall be creating a display in one of our a Huts dedicated to the brave men, who with only six hours of air, made daring raids into enemy harbours to leave warheads under enemy ships.

Two surviving Charioteers who carried out numerous missions will be here to meet the Chariots as they arrive.
