Not a bad track record, and only a teenager!

It's our Birthday next week - Thirteen. Haven't we gone a long way since 1987?

Originally we had only ten huts of the Camp with exhibits in, now we have twenty-five. There are not many attractions in the Country that can boast that type of growth, and without a single handout, lottery or otherwise!

Not only have we grown in size, but also we have gathered an impressive collection of awards along the way. - Best in Yorkshire (twice), Best in the Country etc. In fact as you can see from our headed paper, if we should win any more we will be struggling to fit them all on!

Are we going to stand still? Not likely, we are already working on this years major new additions. We are open to the public seven days a week and if the start of the year is an indication, we are on our way to another record year.

It is a great day out whether you are young or old. It is extremely good value for money; a family of four can still get in for twelve pounds, which for an average visit of four hours takes some beating!
