OPEN FOR 1996 SEASON

EDEN CAMP has opened for the 1996 season and already we anticipate another record year with school bookings the stongest they have ever been.

1995 was a successful year with over 259,000 visitors coming to the Camp. A notable highlight of 1995 was the opening of Hut 29 which covers the events of 1945, including VE and VJ days. We also received yet another award, "The White Rose, Tourism for All Award" from the Yorkshire & Humberside Tourist Board.

1996 will, we believe, see the museum move forward in leaps and bounds. Hut 4 will re-open shortly, covering events from 1939 - 1945.
