"MEAT SHORTAGES AND RATIONING, RESTRICTIONS OF MOVEMENT?
IT'S JUST LIKE BEING IN THE WAR AGAIN!"

Eden Camp re-opened for its fourteenth year as the North's leading Modern History Theme Museum on January 8th 2001. Contrary to widespread belief that everything in the countryside and/or located in a rural surrounding is closed because of Foot and Mouth, Eden Camp's location by the side of the A64 has meant that we have remained unaffected by the current epidemic. Summer 2001 will mark the unveiling of a completely new exhibition dedicated to the First World War.
