Since opening to the general public in 1987 we have been nominated for and won various awards for tourism at regional and national levels. These awards reflect our dedication to providing the very best for our visitors to ensure an enjoyable visit is had by all. To achieve this high standard of service we adhere to the English Tourist Board’s code of practice. In addition many of our staff have attended training courses such as Welcome Host and Welcome All.
